Data categories and source
We obtain data from you when you contact us, make a purchase or request service. Depending on the matter, this includes your name, address, email, any telephone number provided, bank account number and the number of the device being serviced.
Purposes and legal bases
- Entering into and performing sales contracts, warranty and post-warranty services — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Meeting legal obligations, including accounting records — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Correspondence, handling enquiries and protecting legal claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller’s legitimate interests).
- Email marketing, where appropriate consent has been given — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Sending a contact form does not constitute marketing consent.
Retention and recipients
Under Elprosys rules, customer data is processed during contract performance and service delivery, then retained for 6 years from the last processing activity. Data used solely on the basis of marketing consent is retained until that consent is withdrawn.
LH.pl provides website hosting and email services. Data may also be disclosed to bodies entitled to receive it by law. For website technical data, see the privacy policy.
Your data protection rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Providing data and automated decisions
Providing data is voluntary except where required by law. Without information needed for a contract, reply or service, we may be unable to handle the matter. Your data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
